Lunch: Chicken salad; 250g sweet potatoes
Well that’s where I stop. I’m going to a festival tomorrow so there’s no way I’ll be recording what I’m eating. Today I had my blood test done and my bodyfat measured.
In due course I will summarise the main lessons I’ve learned, and write the many longer articles that I said I would.
For the record, I finished at 74.5kg.
