Breakfast: BP Coffee (with 50g of butter)
Dinner: Chicken salad; veg shake; avocado
Work was busy in the afternoon. By the time I had my bearings it was 4.30pm so I figured I’d just skip lunch.
I was definitely less hungry than yesterday after having the BP Coffee. I don’t know if 50g of butter makes me less hungry than 25g, but it was certainly better than going without. 50g is equivalent to about one of the blocks in the photo. However, I won’t be putting 50g in my coffee in future, coz it tastes gross.
