Dinner: Chicken salad; veg shake; 100ml coconut milk
Exercise: 2 sets of sprints
I’ve fallen to 74kg having done at least 10 mins of sprints on each of the last 4 days. I had been whingeing about not losing enough weight but, maybe I’m just not training enough.
Given that it’s Saturday tomorrow I’m probably gonna give some of these gains back with the cheat meal. I’ve toned down my cheat meals since I started this experiment, but I’m still eating a lot of calories at the weekend, and I’m probably not getting away with it.
