Breakfast: BP Coffee
Lunch: Chicken salad; 40g macadamias; ½ avocado
Dinner: Salmon; sauerkraut; veg shake

Exercise: Sprints

Work has been mental for the last couple of weeks, and I’ve missed a lot of posts. I was still tracking my food, so I’m going to post what I ate on each day, but I’m not give much commentary.
