Breakfast: BP Coffee
Lunch: Chicken salad (lettuce, onion, parmesan, ranch); ½ avocado
Dinner: 4 egg omelette
75kg again. Of course.
Busy day at work. I had lunch at 3.30pm and dinner at 10pm. If I’m eating late I want something quick and not too heavy. And that’s usually an omelette. I don’t want something heavy sitting in my stomach while I’m trying to sleep.
Too lazy to write anything else, so I’ll just say that lately, I’ve been thinking of doing this. I’ll explain why tomorrow.
