Breakfast: BP Coffee
Lunch: Chicken salad and ½ avocado
Dinner: Salmon, sauerkraut, veg shake.
I had some 99% chocolate lying around so I decided to put a few grams into my BP coffee in the morning. Dark chocolate doesn’t have much sugar in it, so a couple of grams might give the coffee a nice chocolate hint without doing any damage.
