Day 25: Posture

Breakfast: BP Coffee
Lunch: Chicken salad and ½ avocado
Dinner: Chilango; steak; chips; chocolate; 3*G&T

Exercise: Sprints

I met up with some friends for a few drinks. I grabbed a burrito before I met them. Turned out we were getting food too so I had a steak and chips on top. I drank G&T’s instead of pints to assuage my gluttony guilt. Too tired to write much, so I’ll just share a link.

One of the claims of the Paleo community is that tribes didn’t get cancer, diabetes, obesity, and other so-called “modern diseases”. NPR recently covered another example of primitive tribes having better health: posture. You can hear it here.
